1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you book or attend a service, additional signed agreements, waivers, payment terms, and event rules apply. When an event-specific signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.
2. Adults-only services
PLR Parties services are intended for adults age 18 and older. A host must attest that all attendees are adults, and every attendee must provide a date of birth and sign their own documents.
3. Educational and exploratory scope
Hypnosis and past-life regression experiences are provided for educational, imaginative, spiritual, personal-exploration, and entertainment purposes. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis services. No experienced narrative is represented as verified historical fact.
4. No guarantee
Individual responses vary. PLR Parties does not guarantee hypnosis depth, vivid imagery, a past-life narrative, emotional insight, a particular response during the group or host regression, or any other outcome.
5. Website information
We try to keep the site accurate, but availability, travel approval, venues, features, policies, prices, and technical integrations may change. Website content does not confirm a date or create a service contract.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse forms, submit false information, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use site content to facilitate unlawful conduct.
7. Intellectual property
The PLR Parties name, original copy, graphics, program materials, facilitator scripts, downloads, and site design are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may not record, reproduce, publish, sell, teach from, or distribute protected materials without written permission.
8. Third-party services
The site may use or link to services operated by other companies, including scheduling, payment, document-signing, video, review, and social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to their systems.
9. Limitation and service agreements
Any limitation of liability, release, assumption of risk, indemnity, refund, venue, conduct, or interruption term for an event appears in the applicable signed agreement and waiver. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Informal resolution
Before beginning a formal dispute, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it through written notice and reasonable discussion. Any dispute terms in a signed service agreement apply to the service covered by that agreement.
11. Michigan law
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Michigan and federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or other law that must apply.
