1. Who operates this site
This website and the PLR Parties service are operated by Milson Group, LLC, doing business as PLR Parties, based in the Redford, Michigan service area. The public website does not display a private street address or telephone number.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site and services, we may collect your name, email address, optional or required telephone number, date of birth, signature, inquiry details, event preferences, venue details, appointment information, attendance status, payment and invoice records, signed agreements, broad safety acknowledgments, optional accessibility or comfort information, media permissions, feedback, reviews, and communication history.
Payment-card details are processed by the connected payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly in the public website files.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule planning calls and private sessions, evaluate and administer events, verify adult eligibility, create invoices, collect payments, obtain agreements and waivers, provide preparation and access details, deliver consented recordings, communicate service updates, maintain business and legal records, address safety or conduct concerns, improve the service, and comply with law.
4. Event contacts and attendee privacy
The host is the primary event contact. PLR Parties may tell the host whether event requirements are complete and may identify the number of guests whose registration cannot be accepted for stated safety or eligibility reasons. Sensitive attendee responses are not intended to become a social roster for the host or other guests.
5. Optional marketing permission
Event-related messages are necessary to administer an inquiry, booking, or event and are not a newsletter subscription. A separate optional checkbox may record permission for occasional future PLR offers. Promotional email will not begin until the required compliance systems are active. Declining optional marketing does not affect attendance.
6. Analytics and local storage
Google Analytics remains off unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” The choice is stored in the visitor’s browser. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal prevents analytics from loading. Search Console verification and ordinary server logs may operate without marketing cookies.
7. Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used for customer relationship management and forms, electronic signatures and documents, email delivery, payments, calendar scheduling, video meetings, website hosting, DNS and security, secure file delivery, analytics after consent, and professional legal, accounting, or insurance support.
8. Recordings and media
In the three-hour package, the host may separately consent to audio recording of their featured regression. Raw and edited audio are ordinarily retained together for 30 days after delivery and then deleted, with a reminder before deletion. A media or testimonial release applies only when the person knowingly creates or permits the specific photograph, video, or testimonial. PLR Parties does not claim a right to media that was never created.
9. Retention
Audio follows the 30-day policy above. Signed contracts, waivers, payment records, incident records, and related contact records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed for service administration, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, insurance, and protection of lawful interests. Other information is retained according to its purpose and the capabilities of the systems used.
10. Your choices and requests
You may use the contact form to ask about your information, correct inaccurate contact details, withdraw optional marketing permission, or request deletion where appropriate. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is reasonably necessary for contracts, payments, disputes, safety, legal obligations, or other lawful interests.
11. Security
PLR Parties uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, video platform, CRM, or storage service can promise absolute security. Do not submit detailed medical histories or unnecessary sensitive information through general forms.
12. Adults only
The services are for adults age 18 and older. The site is not intended to collect information from minors.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated when practices or providers change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a new version takes effect.
