PLR Party payment schedule
An approved host ordinarily has 48 hours to sign the Host Agreement and pay at least $100. The date is not confirmed until both are complete. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the party.
Host cancellation more than five days before
When cancellation occurs more than five calendar days before the scheduled start, the host may ordinarily choose either one approved reschedule or an eligible refund. An eligible refund is reduced by payment-processing charges that are not returned to PLR Parties, plus a reasonable administrative charge not exceeding $5.
Host cancellation five days or fewer before
When cancellation occurs five calendar days or fewer before the scheduled start, PLR Parties ordinarily retains the $100 deposit. Other amounts paid are ordinarily refunded after deducting unrecovered processing charges, unless Michael approves a transfer to a new date or another written resolution.
Late payment or incomplete requirements
Failure to pay the remaining balance, complete required agreements, or provide required attendee registrations may result in review, a short discretionary cure period, rescheduling, cancellation, and retention of the deposit as allowed by the signed agreement. An internal grace period is not an advertised extension or customer entitlement.
Rescheduling a party
One reschedule may ordinarily transfer payments to an available replacement date, preferably within 30 days and generally within 60 days. The host should have possible replacement dates ready when requesting the change and must sign a replacement Host Agreement, ordinarily within 48 hours. A second reschedule is not guaranteed and, if exceptionally approved, ordinarily requires a $75 rescheduling fee.
Package and attendance changes
A booked package does not decrease in price because attendance falls. Upgrading from the two-hour package to the three-hour package requires approval and payment of the difference. Replacement guests require approval and must complete all documents. More than 12 total adults requires a separate agreement and may be declined or repriced.
Venue and travel changes
Location changes require written approval. A change may leave the price unchanged or increase it, but does not reduce an amount already due or paid. Additional administrative or travel costs may apply to repeated changes.
Weather and extraordinary circumstances
Severe weather, illness, emergency, venue loss, technology failure, and circumstances outside reasonable control are handled case by case. Possible outcomes include delay, format change, rescheduling, partial adjustment, or refund, depending on responsibility, timing, incurred costs, and what can reasonably be delivered.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method. PLR Parties ordinarily initiates an approved refund within one business day after the original payment is successful, available for refund, and not subject to review, dispute, or hold. A bank or card issuer may take approximately 5–10 business days to post it.
Private Zoom sessions
An eligible private-session cancellation made at least 48 hours before the appointment may be refunded under the processing-fee rule above. One reschedule is ordinarily allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours no refund is promised; inside 24 hours no contractual reschedule is promised. A no-show forfeits the payment. Michael may grant an exception case by case without changing the general policy.
Michael’s cancellation
If Michael cancels and no acceptable alternative is arranged, payments for the undelivered service are refunded.
