Website accessibility
PLR Parties aims to provide a website that supports keyboard navigation, clear focus indicators, readable contrast, responsive layouts, text enlargement, reduced-motion preferences, descriptive headings, meaningful link text, and form labels. Third-party embedded tools may have their own accessibility limitations.
Event access
The planning questionnaire offers an optional place to share information that could help someone participate comfortably. Group imagination experiences may be adapted for seated or standing participation, mobility, balance, pain, and available space. No particular physical position is required when another safe approach works.
Venue responsibility
For in-person events, the host is responsible for accurately describing the venue, including stairs, entrances, seating, restrooms, parking, and other access limitations. PLR Parties does not control a private host’s property or a third-party venue.
Virtual access
Virtual parties require camera visibility and a stable device because Michael must be able to see and interact with attendees. If a requested accommodation conflicts with a core safety or facilitation requirement, Michael will discuss whether another approach or service format is workable.
